Something about Dahn Yoga
Recently, I found that someone I know is deeply involved in Dahn Yoga.
She spent thousands of dollars on it in a short period of time.
I worried about her and did some research about this group.
The organization and its leader have a controversial reputation and
some extraordinary claims, e.g., the founder gained enlightenment after
21 days of practice and meditation WITHOUT FOOD, WATER, OR SLEEP.
Someone even call it a cult.
